i'm trying to install my new tplink m700, i followed the instructions but when i start the tplink the internet led does not come on and in the page 192.168.0.1 the "sim card status" is ready (attached file). What can i do to resolve the problem?

Hi, please login the web interface via PC version(you could also choose PC version on the login page if you are only using smartphone), which will show more status information.
Then please check if it receives any 4G signal and if there is Internet IP address on Status page, you could refer to the instruction below for troubleshooting:
