It seems like the mostly reason is the changing of the controller V5's ports.
Suggest you can check whether Port 29810-29814 is opening in your network.

Any update from tp-link team?

heartbeat missed = losing connection to the controller. they're no longer communicating.
something's blocking. do you run firewalls on the controller side?
do you have multiple dhcp servers? are they getting different IPs?

@Tedd404 no any firewalls in network, also access point keep connected about 1m after boot, then got a heartbeat and disconnected state, also EAP115(EU) v4.0 in same site working without any issues. Look like it's a firmware defect because before the update all worked fine.

Some questions:
What is the firmware version of your current working and non-working EAP?
Which firmware version was this EAP225 before it was upgraded?
What is your current controller version?
It might be more helpful if you could briefly describe the network topology of all your devices.
Also is this EAP225 actually working properly?
Have you tried RESET EAP and then re-adopt to try it?
