Hi
Look on US site, V1 or V4 cannot find the exact match for the latest firmware on EAP225 Outdoor US version can you help me

Not always. So it's not recommended to download firmware from other regions. Also the first bullet point points out that
- Please upgrade firmware from the local TP-Link official website of the purchase location for your TP-Link device, otherwise, it will be against the warranty.
I did check and all US versions of firmware currently available are published to our local site here

You can refer to the latest version on the EN official website and download the EU version, the firmware files are the same.
