My ISP installed a EC220-G5 on my network. It's connected to a fiber optic modem/route in bridge mode.

 

I configured the wireless access control in Advanced > Security > Access Control. Set it to Enabled, and Access Mode to allow devices. Then registered all MACs.

 

Still, a TV that I had configured on this network continues to be able to connect even after rebooting the router and the TV. It's like the access control is doing nothing.

 

Any advice?

 

PS.: I can't find EC220-G5 in the model list.

EC220-G5 v2 is an ISP tailored device. You should contact your ISP to resolve this issue.

That's why you can't find the EC220-G5 v2  in the models list.

Although, you can check in your TV network settings, which is the wireless network(device) it's connected to and confirm that's indeed the EC220-G5 v2.
