M7350 v4 stuck in bootloop

Tp Link text appears on the screen, but after it comes on it starts again. This way it goes on forever. I can boot the device in fastboot mode, in some threads they are talking about xml firmware. Can you share with me?

Hi, sorry for that there is no firmware recovery tool for M7350 V2, it is recommended to check if factory reset or unplugging battery and reinserting it will help or not.
If not, please check if the device is still under warranty or not with the retailer where you bought it.
