My M7350 v4 was working fine yesterday, it suddenly rebooted, and it is now in the endless boot loop. Reset button does not work and I cannot stop the loop when connected to the charger or to the computer.

I'm trying to upload the latest version of the firmware, but I think the loop is breaking the update process and the devices is not detected properly in my Win11 device

Any hint?
