What is "Universal" Gateway Model in WAN Mode?

I found "Universal" Gateway Model on Omada software controller version 5.4.6.Does that mean Omada software controller support the third-party gateway?Please kindly let me know.

I'm afraid not. Omada Controller can only adopt and manage TP-Link Omada gateway.
The "Universal" Gateway Model is used for automatically adapting to different Omada Gateway models, ensuring that the upcoming Omada gateway can be adopted successfully by the controller.
