Hello, if there is an external IP address that is constantly probing open ports on my home network, and I would like to block their access to my home network, is this possible on Deco S4?

 

Are there any Deco or TP-Link routers that can blacklist external IP addresses?

No, you can't do that with Deco S4. You need a business grade router to have this feature available  - check these models.
