Model: TL-WA850RE
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

After reset to factory settings, I used 'Quick Setup' to configure my TL-WA830RE as Range Extender. This immediately worked for several devices (a windows10 laptop, an android phone, a Chromecast dongle) but NOT for our second windows10 laptop (which is crucial); it gives 'No internet access'.
The address range of the LAN is 192.168.2.x and sure enough: on the windows computer that works I see an ip-address in that range. But on the computer that does not have internet access I see the address 192.168.0.100. This is the first address provided by the WA830RE's own dhcp-server, which, in this configuration, should not have anything to do with assigning ip-addresses, I would think.
I'm at a loss here; can anyone help?

Mabel

  @MabelVanA

If your main router LAN IP address is in 192.168.2.x subnet, then your TL-WA830RE should be in the same subnet too.

If you have access to the TL-WA830RE management interface try these settings:
