Previous connection setup

Modem > Default router > Deco > Standard switch > LAN PC

Everythings work great, just the ISP Default router recently giving me alot of internet connection issue. Therefore i'm switching over to Deco to work as a router and DHCP server.

Modem > Deco > Standard switch > LAN PC

After replacing my default router with Deco M4, i realize that my LAN PC connection thru dump switch unable to receive DHCP from Deco instead getting DHCP from ISP. I'v even tried to assign IP manually with Deco settings but no luck, it not able to ping Deco M4 gateway. Anyone facing this issue?

While WiFI devices are working great in IP assigning, just for LAN PC went crazy =.=''
