I'm connecting to a known good Cable modem. Just replacing my wireless router with this new Archer AX55 I just purchased today.

 

My PC is hard wired to the Archer AX55 and the Archer AX55 is connected to the Cable modem. I have internet. I am typing this message using that PC.

 

The problem is Wifi. I can see my Wifi connections and select them with my iPhone 12 and 13 and also my TVs (Roku and Amazon Fire TV). When I select the Wifi connection it joins but then says No Internet.

 

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Make sure that you have upgraded your AX55 to the latest firmware version - use this guide (Case 2).

 

Test if the issue still persists. If yes, then try the following wireless security settings:

Version: WPA2-PSK

 

If the issue still persists then put the Google's and Cloudflare's DNS in your AX55 LAN DHCP settings and test again:

Primary DNS: 8.8.8.8

Secondary DNS: 1.1.1.1

 

Upon successful Internet connection you the main page of the AX55 WebGUi should look like this:

1) Unfortunately I am unable to update the firmware. I am getting "Unable to connect to cloud server. Please try again."

 

 

2) My wireless security settings are set to the following

 

 

3) I updated my AX55 LAN DHCP settings as you indicated. Then I restarted the cable modem and the AX55. Same error message. No internet.
