My topology is modem--ASUS router--Deco X20, is setting the Deco X20 to Access Point mode.
However, when I open the app, under Advanced, cannot find homecare or homeshield menu.
Please advice.
This feature is not available in Access Point mode. See What’s the difference between Access Point mode and Router mode on the Deco?
Thanks, I have changed it to wi-fi router mode and the Homeshield is available. However, there is no anti-virus features. Can I downgrade my firmware to V1 or V2 to enable Homecare as it has an antivirus feature?
