I am using VDSL2 Router RJ45 lan cable to one of RE305 Configured as Access point, another RE305 is used as Range Extender,  can these both RE305 be configured as One Mesh?

No, you can't use ethernet connection for OneMesh - check these OneMesh FAQs - Q5/A5.
