I wonder if someone can help me please.

I have a broadband router at one end of a modern house with a lot of concrete walls. I have a wired ethernet cable from the router to the far end of the house. I would like to install a "device" that would allow me to connect to the ethernet point and give me a WiFi output for that area.

Any suggestions as to what I should use.

You could install any wireless router or range extender that supports AP mode - check this list.

Selecting a wireless router will depend on your ethernet connection speed (100mbit or 1000mbit) and your budget.
