Model: TP-Link Routers
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version:

I just purchased an AC1200 to replace an Archer VR1600. On the 1600, there is a telephone port to connect my phone to the router. There is no phone port on the AC1200. Can it be connected or am I stuck without phone on the AC1200?

If VR1600v is your old DSL modem router, then you have to choose another voice capable modem router to have an RJ-11 port for your phone - that's "v" stands for.

AC1200 (you could check its particular model on its bottom sticker) is probably a regular DSL modem router only, if it doesn't have RJ-11 (telephone) port implemented.
