Deco x60 cannot create network with both 5Ghz and 2.4Ghz
I have 3 Deco X60 which i have used for a year without issues but had some issues in the summer and we did a reset. Now i can only get a network with either 2.4Ghz or 5Ghz, not with both. I distinctly remember that being possible?
TP-link support says it isnt possible and that i should use a guest network with 2.4Ghz instead. But as i want to automate my home i have some devices with 2.4Ghz and some with 5Ghz i need this to work.
Please tell me that i am right in that the Deco can create two networks (5Ghz + 2.4Ghz) with the same SSID (name) at the same time?

It is possible your 2.4GHz devices unable to handle dual band SSID. I have older model of Ecobee thermostat, I had to set it on Guest Network with 2.4GHz only, as it can't handle dual band Main Network SSID. I can tell for sure my Main Network broadcasts on two bands.
You can check that, too. Install WiFi analyzer app on your smartphone and it will report you everything about Deco nodes. I am confident it'll tell you it does see both 2.4GHz and 5GHz when you enable them on Main Network.
I would recommend WiFiman from Ubiquiti, you can find it in Apple and in Android app stores.
I can't with absolute certaintly answer the question "so why did it work before?" I can speculate that the change might have come with X60 firmware update, but unless you are willing to manually rollback firmware on your X60s to older version, and see if it helps, you will need to consider workarounds.

In Deco app select More/Wi-Fi. Enable both 2.4GHz and 5GHz for Main Network. You now have single SSID broadcasting on 5GHz and 2.4GHz.

@Alexandre. I have done just that, but I only get a 5Ghz network out. The support (TP-link) says it cannot be done and tells me to use my guest network for 2.4Ghz.
Does anyone know how I can fix it as the support is useless here?

How do you know that your Deco mesh Main Network SSID does not broadcast both 2.4GHz and 5GHz, but only broadcasts 5GHz?

I am trying to establish how you verify that, with what tools and means, as I can't just walk to your house and run diagnostics in place by myself. Hence, I may have to ask questions that might sound silly.
