Hello,

After several resets, the router no longer "reset".

It won't reset as usual but just revert to a setting where the SSID was its "model name".

Not knowing the password I could not login and practically stuck! So how do progress from here..

Anyone has an answer to this?

  @healme

Upon successful reset:

you have two options:

1. Connect a computer with an ethernet cable to the AX10 LAN port and login with the default credentials admin/admin.

2. Connect to AX10 via Wi-Fi and use the password from the router's bottom sticker to login.
