Connection issues
I have a TP Link TL-WA850RE range extender, this worked fine until I moved house and now it will not connect to the home wifi. I have pressed the TPS button on the modem and the router, all of the lights have come on. I unplug it and take it upstairs and plug it in, I then click on the wifi icon on the desktop computer. I see the extender, click on it and type in the wifi password, it states checking network requirements, then it states cannot connect to this network. I have reset the extender and tried several times, but get the same result. I have plugged in the extender again, I see TP Link EXT, I click on it and have typed in tplinkrepeater.net but this did not work. I typed in 192.168.0.254 and this connected me to a configuration page, I followed the instructions and after saving the settings, the wifi extender shows up as my network name with EXT after it, but it asks for my network password and then get again checking network requirements, then it states cannot connect to this network.
Have been on live chat, but chat times out before I get a reply from them.
Can anyone help?
