What is the difference between all these security modes?

What is the difference between all these security modes?

Model: Archer C80

Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version:

I noticed I have quiet a few different security options. I am guessing WPA3 is the latest and greatest but then I see

WPA3-Personal

WPA3-Personal+WPA2-PSK[AES]

There are a few other ones (WPA2 ones) and some WPA3 enterprise ones but the top too look like what I should be using.

Also my guest network seems to have different options

WPA/WPA2-Personal

WPA2/WPA3-Personal

Are these just different labels but mean the same thing?
