Model: TL-SG116E
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: No Idea

We just switched from Rogers to Vmedia, and all I did was remove the Ethernet wire from the back of thr Rogeres Router and put it in the VCmedia router and hooked it all up.   Now nothing on the network gets inernet.  I have 3 computers, and they are all hooked hrough that switch.  I have Linux Mint laptop, it is working, this what I am using right now, But in the same room, we have a Windows 10 Laptop that cannot connect, althought it could with rogers,  Then in the back room, I have my Video Editing Beast, and I can see by the 4 port swicth I have there, it is not getting internet, but did fine when the rogers router was there

Any help here would much appreciated

  @Palladini I got it figured out.  the thing Vmedia sent is only a modem, with no router capabilities

  @Palladini

Check the IP and DHCP server settings on the LAN side of your old Rogers router. Apply the same settings to your new Vmedia router.
