Deco X80-5G network drops
Hi All,
after first month in use my X80-5G falls down several regularly: everything is dead, only red signal light. After restart there are o possibilities to trace what happened: all log data is erased.
System description
- 5G network- X80-5G +3 pc M5 Wi-Fi
- Printer, NAS, PC, home security server are connected to M5 via ethernet.
- Users of Wi-Fi are mobile phones, tablets and on Android TV.
Because of missing error log, I don’t know exact circumstances while drop off. I assume that during downloading cinemas etc. is typical error situation (Wi-Fi and watching TV).
I hope someone can help me, what to do. Firmware is updated, tp-link site does not know my X80-5G => no support?
