how do i enable 4g+ on my m7650? im using a smart sim card from the philippines but im getting low internet speed (not more than 1mbps) and its only showing 4g but when i use my globe sim its fine.
Hi，Sorry for the late reply, could you please insert the Smart SIM into your phone and check if it works on 4G or 4G+ at same location? And please also check which 4G band(s) the phone is using with the same SIM card at same location.

@Sunshine its saying 4g+ on my phone. there is no problem when i insert a different sim card like globe. the other thing is that everytime i do a speedtest the mifi reboots itself when the speed is reaching above 1mbps using a smart sim, its not happening on a different sim card. my globe sim with the mifi can reach 90mpbs no problem, no rebooting whatsoever.
is there a way i can downgrade the firmware or upgrade it to a different one? i think its because of the firmware because my friend is also using a m7650 but his firmware is outdated and he's not having any problems.
this is the band that it is currently using. CA is not working with this sim and its always rebooting everytime i run a speedtest.
