Network Optimisation Missing

After adding Deco M4 to my existing E4 network, the network optimisation feature is now missing in the Deco app. Please help.

@djlimlee Update the firmware of both Deco models to latest version.
Also, check for updates of the Deco app.

@djlimlee From the version number, it looks like you have a customized firmware (from your ISP or the company you brought the Decos from). If that's the case, then you have to contact them for the latest firmware. "Regular" firmware won't work for you.
If that's not the case, then you can manually update the Deco models via the web UI.

@ImtiazAli I tired it but my M4 doesn't seem to have web UI. Is there another way around this? Can I reset the device and force install the firmware?

Did you buy your M4R from Philippines? Flash the latest (2023) firmware, did that yesterday. And it runs 1.5 now.

@Raddd yes my M4 seems to be from pldt. so what firmware should i use? the V2 EU firmware for 2023? the sticker on my device says PH. also, when you say flash you mean reset the device and install the 2023 firmware?

@djlimlee Mine too, from phpldt. I bought mine from Shopee. I put the device in recovery mode, then accessed the web interface using Ethernet cable/laptop..

I used V2, latest firmware. Because mine is M4R v2.
