Bootloop for M7350(EU) Ver. 5.1

Requesting assistance please on how can I fix the bootloop for my M7350(EU) Ver. 5.1 device.

Hi, please try to charge the device again, then remove the battery and insert it back, then try to turn it back on to see if it works.
If it still cannot be powered on, please contact the retailer where you bought it to check the warranty.

Hello.
I'm afraid I can't bring it back to the retailer because this was a hand down item to me.
Is there a way to reset it via software? I've tried to restart, remove battery etc.. still it would go back to boot loop.

Hi, sorry for that there is no firmware recovery tool for M7350 V5, if it is out of the warranty, I am afraid you might need to purchase a new one, really sorry for any inconvenience caused.
