Hardware Version: V2

Firmware Version: 1.0.2 Build 20220519 rel.54580(5553)

Hi everyone,

I have questions regarding firmware region. I'm from Indonesia, I just bought an AX73 locally, but the model number written as AX73(US) Ver:2.0. Is it normal to get US product when you live far away from US? Also, which firmware region should I use on this router? There's no firmware available if I check from my Indonesian region. I checked for online firmware update from GUI, it says already up to date.

Current router version: 1.0.2 Build 20220519 rel.54580(5553)
Latest router version from the web: 1-0-6-P1[20221104-rel38311]

Yes, that's normal - you should use only US region FW in your case.

You can download the latest FW release from Indian regional support site - here.

Long story short - sometimes the web admin propagates the latest FW release with a short delay on some individual support websites.

Keep an eye on your regional support website, it will be published eventually or if you still can't find it, use a support website which has the US region FW published already.
