there is a problem with changing the order of the Switch ACL rules.

When I create a new rule and put it in the right place, the rule that was in that place before is not put after the new rule. They swap places so that the "old" rule moves to the end.

This put me in an awkward position because the rule for accessing the controller was suddenly behind the deny rule and was no longer effective...

I tried different browsers (Edge and Firefox) without improvement.

Please correct for the next update.
