ER605 V1_1.2.3 Beta Firmware causing Router Disconnects
System is OC200 (firmware 1.21.7 Build 20221206 Rel.58608), ER605, and switch TL-SG2210MP.
Tried the beta firmware V1_1.2.3 and the router disconnected two times a day for the last two days. The router memory was at 50% and CPU utilization was also typical at 18%. System had been stable for months on router firmware version 1.2.1.
The gateway acl seemed to work and were stateful, but I couldn't get any switch permit acl's to allow specific clients/ports through the gateway acl. I thought the switch acl would be a higher priority than the gateway acls?
Also activated the new mDNS service across all vlans and it did not seem to work. For now I have flashed the router back to version 1.2.1 Build 20220512 Rel.76748.

Hello @RoRovDongen
The ER605 V1 1.2.3 Beta firmware added some new features like Stateful ACL and mDNS Repeater, which have already been supported on ER605 V2 2.1.1 and above official firmware.
Do you need a Beta firmware for ER605 v2? Why? Do you have any issues with the ER605 V2?
What's the current firmware version of your ER605?

The problems we currently have:
- AI optimazation isn't working.
- DHCP reservation isn't working fine.
- Can't reserve a specific port to a new Vlan ID.
Current versions are:
- 605 v2.1.2.
- OC200 v5.7.6.
- EAP610 v1.1.0.

Appreciate you are having issues with a version 2 ER605, but please start your own thread so this version 1 post is not diluted/hijacked.

Reloaded the beta firmware (ER605 V1_1.2.3 Beta Firmware) and the router disconnected after 20 hours. Clients couldn't get an IP address and had no access to the web. The memory utilization increased over the 20 hours and after rebooting the router the memory precentage dropped. See attached image. Let me know if you need more data.

Hello @1207
Did you upgraded to the ER605(UN)_V1_1.2.2 Build 20230328 (Beta) which has added the fix of the disconnected issue caused by mDNS? If not, could you please give it a try?
If you're already using the 1.2.2 Build 20230328 Beta but still have the disconnected issue, please confirm whether the mDNS is enabled, and whether the issue would be gone after mDNS is disabled.

Edit: When I replied below, my assumption was that version 1.2.3 beta firmware was a later version of router firmware then 1.2.2. I finally realized that 1.2.2 was released after 1.2.3. I've installed firmware 1.2.2 and so far the router memory has not increased and mDNS is activated.
No, I've never loaded or seemed to need firmware 1.2.2. The memory increase image that I posted above was from when version 1.2.3 beta was loaded, and yes mDNS was activated.
I went back to the last official release ER605 V1_1.2.1 Firmware, with mDNS activated and I'm not seeing any router disconnects or memory increase (see image below).
