I have already in my house (basement, ground floor and first floor) 3 Deco X60 and it is already great but I think I can pump it up a little more by adding a Deco X90 triband as base station (so connected to my router) and then connect the 3 Deco X60 to the X90?? What do you think? Thanks a lot Best regards
Tri-band Deco unit will deliver most improvements when connected to another tri-band Deco unit. Having single Deco X90 will not deliver substantial improvement, if combined with X60s. Still, X90 is top of the line Deco in X-series, better hardware than X60, so if you run Deco mesh in Router mode and your Main Deco is usually busy, replacing Main X60 with Main X90 should improve Deco mesh performance somewhat.
To not lose Deco mesh configuration settings when replacing Main Deco, add X90 as Satellite Deco and then promote it to Main Deco following this document: Changing the Main Unit for your Mesh Network
