M7350 frozen boot screen
Hello,
My M7350 mi fi router is frozen after reboot and I can't make it work
I have tried to press the reset button for more than 10 seconds, no success
Is there any other way to hard reset the device?

Hi, could you please double-check the hardware version of your M7350 on the product label inside the device?
If you are not very sure, please send us a picture of the label.
Please also try to turn it off, remove the battery and reinsert the battery, then try to power it on again.
By the way, may I know when and where you purchased this M7350? is it still under warranty?

It was purchased like 5 years ago, so no more under warranty.
I've tried to remove battery but still nothing
The version is 3.0, not 1.0, my bad

Hi, could you please try a different USB cable to connect the M7350 to your Windows computer?
And what is the operating system of your computer?

I am using Windows 10 Pro 21H1
I have used a different cable and it could be finally recognized.
But it is still showing the same screen. Stuck on TP-LINK logo screen.
I have attached a pic with the recovery.cmd result

Hi, I am afraid the device is defective completely, thus the firmware recovery didn't help, it is recommended to contact the seller where you bought it to check the warranty, if it is out of the warranty, you might need to purchase a new one.
Sorry for any convenience caused.
