Hello,

 

My android devices connect to the TP link M7350 V7 software 7.0.3 Build 220419 Rel.1014n, but not to the internet and never had. My windows devices though, do connect to the same router and SIM card with internet access. Fiddling around with settings had no success, what causes this issue and can it be resolved?

 

Perhaps related: I found that the date and time do not update and are always incorrect (2022/4/20 today), it seems not possible to make changes there.

Hi, please check Internet IPv4 address on Status page of its web interface, if the IPv4 address is empty, please go to Advanced->Dial-up->Dial-up Settings page, click "Create" to create a profile manually and set PDP Type as IPv4 only, you could leave other parameters the same as the default profile.

 

After that, please check if there will be internet IPv4 address and if all connected client devices have internet access.

Thank you Sunshine, that did the trick!

 

So the IPv4 address was empty on the main page, and then I added dail-up settings manually, with IPv4 only.
