I just recently upgraded my internet plan and my router doesn't go 300mbps as advertised when I'm connected to wifi...
But when I connected directly to my ISP's modem using a cable, it's working fine.
Any recommendation or tips is greatly appreciated.

@terziyski Apologies for the late reply but I'm not using wan/lan ports. I'm using WIFI, it says in https://www.tp-link.com/ph/home-networking/wifi-router/tl-wr840n/#specifications that Wifi Speeds have 2.4 GHz: 300 Mbps (802.11n) but I'm only getting lower speed than that.
@terziyski Apologies, I understand now. I connected my modem router via cable to wan port so it only gets 100mbps. Thank you for the answer!
