I got router from act fibernet, existing firmware is customised for them so I'm not able to find correct firmware on internet, I raised issue with them and they send a email and asking for invoice copy

Tp link should provide the frmwares to reset the router . If they will not provide the firmware to reset the router then, they will find more numbers of e-waste of their brand routers as similar to these type of cases
