Hi, do you mean Tether App cannot detect your TP-Link device in the “Device” Page? If so, please refer to the instruction below to troubleshoot:
What if Tether cannot detect my TP-Link product in the “Device” Page?
If there is still any issue, please let me know the hardware version and LED status of your extender as well.
