Firmware Version: Latest

Hello. I'm using a three uk sim card and the tower nearby only outputs band 20 LTE 800 which does not work. Setting the device to 4g only leaves me with no signal. Any advice?

Hi, please insert the same Three SIM card into your smartphone, then check if the phone works on 4G, if so, please check if the phone works on LTE band 20 or any other bands:
