Led Controller INFO [1135] Start to run WAN1_ON in logs. Then disconnect

My connection is wildly unstable out of no where. I check the logs and i see:
2023-04-03 03:29:10 Led Controller INFO [1135] Start to run WAN1_ON
2023-04-03 03:29:10 Led Controller INFO [1135] Start to run WAN0_OFF
2023-04-03 03:29:10 Led Controller INFO [1135] Start to run LAN_ON
2023-04-03 03:28:55 Led Controller INFO [1135] Start to run WAN1_OFF
2023-04-03 03:28:55 Led Controller INFO [1135] Start to run WAN0_ON
2023-04-03 03:28:55 Led Controller INFO [1135] Start to run LAN_ON
When this happens I disconnect. I have devices connected via Wi-FI and my pcs are connected directly via ethernet. I have factory reset numerous times, rolled back firmware, installed new firmware.. I've only had this router 2 months and its really unstable. Any suggestions?
