Model: M7650
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.10 Build 220922 Rel.1029n

Hello ive got the M7650

Hardware version 1.2 (this is what the sticker in the device says) webinterface says 1.1

Firmware: 1.1.10 Build 220922 Rel.1029n

I get slow download speed, sometimes 30mbit but not more.

I tried to download the beta with manual band selection, but i cant install it. Is it because im on a higher firmware?

When do you bring manual band selection to the official firmware? I saw posts that you're working on this feature since 2020?

Hi, our 4G routers like MR600 V2/V3 etc. already support manual LTE band selection, but M7650 doesn't support it now.

Regarding the slow speed issue, may I know who your ISP is and how many 4G signal bars do you get on the M7650?

Since the 4G internet speed is mainly affected by the base station and environment, there might be big differences at different times a day, thus please test the speed at different times as well.

For comparison, please insert the same SIM card into another 4G device to test speed at similar time and same location to see if the speed is better or not.

Hi, your current firmware is not allowed to downgrade to previous beta firmware.

Regarding the speed issue, 30Mbps was tested wirelessly to the M7650, right? To avoid wireless interference, please try to connect a Windows computer to the M7650 via USB cable to test internet speed again.

Besides, M7650 is a LTE-Advanced cat11 product, you mentioned that your iPhone could reach 100Mbps, please note that usually iPhone supports much higher LTE category and even 5G supported as well, please confirm if your iPhone works on 5G or 4G, and do you have any other 4G router with the same LTE category as the M7650?
