Extender will not turn on.  Extender and touter on same Power Bar.

Hi, was it working fine before? 

1. please press LED button in case LEDs have been turned off before

2. please try to reset the extender to factory defaults by holding reset hole for 1 second, pay attention to the LED status to see if there is any response

3. try different wall sockets
