Hi, do you mean login password of the extender web interface?
If you know the current login password, please login and then go to Settings->System Tools->Change Login Password page to change it.
If you don't have the current password thus cannot login now, please just reset the extender to factory defaults by pressing the reset button.
If there is any further issue, please let us know the hardware version and LED status of your extender as well.

@Sunshine hola buenas tardes, llevo mas de dos horas intentando resetear el equipo y no pasa nada, me sigue pidiendo el usuario y contraseña el cual no se. Por favor necesito ayuda, no es posible que cambie de internet y esta cosa no funcione.

Hi, what is the model no. and hardware version of your TP-Link device?
And which password do you mean? Please share with us the screenshots.
