Hello, do you have any USB device connected to USB port of the router? and all four LAN ports are connected to client devices?
If not, the LEDs are abnormal now since all of them are on.
Please try to restart the router or reset it to factory defaults by holding reset button/hole for about 10s to see if there is any response.
In addition, are you using the original power adapter to power on the router? If not, please let us know the specification of the power adapter to see if it matches with the router.
Was there anything special before the issue started? such as power outage in the area, or firmware update etc.?
