Hello, do you mean you are unable to login the web interface of the extender?
Please let us know the error message when you try to login, and please make sure you are connected to the extended network only and also make sure the login password is correct(admin or the one you created at the first time login).
In addition, what is the LED status on your extender? and is the extended network able to access internet?
