Tp link extender

My phone is picking up the extender no problem however my firestick is asking for a tp link password which im assuming is my virgin router password . Once put in i get network disconnected

Hello, after setup, the extender will have the same wireless password as the main router, so if the password is required when you try to connect the extended Wi-Fi, it is indeed the wireless password of the main router.
When you connect the phone to the extender network, may I know if you were using the same password? If you are not sure now, you could also forget the extender network on the phone and reenter the password to reconnect.
By the way, if you connect the firestick to your router Wi-Fi directly, is it working fine with the same password?

@Sunshine hi and thanks for the help apologise for the late response. I just tried forgetting from my phone then re-entering the password snd it won't let me on via my phone either.
