Firmware Version: 1.5.1

I have had this problem a long time ago. Whether my devices are connected via WiFi or Ethernet, the maximum speed that I am getting from my Deco WiFi is not higher than 46 Mbps. When I go to the Deco app, it says "Everything looks good. 29 Kbps download, 8 Kbps upload. Sometimes it goes up to 6.1 Mbps download then 275 Kbps upload. I have reset the PLDT modem, the Decos and have set them all up from factory settings (switched the main Deco to a different Deco) but the issue is the same. What should I do?

The connection is not being detected. After I plug in the Ethernet cable and go my laptop settings, it still says "Ethernet not connected".
