Deco E4R not connecting
Hi,
I have 4 dots which includes 3 dots of E4R Ver 1 and 1 dot of M4R.
One of the E4R is set as main in the first floor and one dots directly above it at 2nd floor (A) is connected to the main.
From the 2nd floor (A), I am setting up one E4R. I could successfully set it up but a few minutes later, led light will turn red. Even how much I tried resetting the deco, it would successfully connect but will later on still get disconnected.
Thats issue #1.
My second concer is my M4R have a connected LED light indicated but the Deco app shows its disconnected.
How to fix this please?
