Model: M7350
Hardware Version: V7
Firmware Version: 7.0.2 Build 211119 Rel.1011n

Hi,

We are a company with +100 active M7350 routers that we use for our customers.

We experience some troubles with devices that are on, but has no connection to our hardware. Reboot helps every times, so it seems like the router goes into some kind of sleep mode, though the save battery function is turned off. Are there any way you can acces the M7350 device remote so we don't have to call our customers every time it happens?

Thank you in advance

Does using the app help to wake it up?  If so, you might be able to reverse the protocol and generate regular wakeup calls to each device.

  @d0ugmac1 Thanks you for your answer. Do you know if there is a guide to do so?

I'm pretty sure there isn't a manual. These are typically consumer devices and not managed as a fleet.

  @Mads_Petersen

Hi, the M7350 doesn't support to be managed remotely, you have to be within the same network as the device to login the web interface of the MiFi or login via tpMiFi App.

Besides, for the unstable internet issue, it is recommended to refer to Troubleshooting Guide of Wi-Fi disconnecting issue on TP-Link MiFi devices
