Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.5 Build 20220216 Rel. 59311(4555)

My device is a TV conference (Polycom HDX 7000).

After changing a new router (Archer AX1800), I can't access the TV conference's web interface again.

Do you know which setting is related to the problem?

Hi, thanks for posting on TP-Link Community.

1. May I know how the TV Conference is connected to the new router? via Ethernet cable? 

2. Is the TV conference using static IP? if so, please make sure its IP address is within the same subnet as the new router, or change it to DHCP to obtain IP address automatically from the new router

3. Please try to ping the TV conference IP address on your computer to see if ping works:
