I don't know why, but it seems to work. I have tried to log on the router's interface using Bing instead of Chrome, and everything looked fine and fully fonctionnal !!! Very strange !!! And now it's also good with Chrome ! So it's OK for me, even if I don't know why it works properly now... Any idea ???

Hi, thanks for posting on TP-Link Community.
1. May I know who your ISP is? the AX3000 router WAN port is connected to your ISP modem, right?
2. What is the WAN connection type you configured on the router? such as Dynamic IP, or PPPoE? and is there WAN/Internet IP address on the router now?
3. Please unplug the Ethernet cable from WAN port of the router, then connect it to your computer, that is to say, connect your computer to your modem directly and test if internet works fine, if not, please contact your ISP to check the modem or line first.

I have exactly the same problem ! Internet is fully active : I'm writing one this forum, that's the proof ! My PC is connected on "LAN1" while my internet box is connected on "WAN" (blue one). There are two CPL between my internet box and the router.
Can you help me ? I'm unable to finish the configuration of my router, which is totaly unavailable for the moment...
Thanks !

Glad to hear that your router has been working now, we are not sure the reason but it should not be related to the web browser.
Hope you could enjoy the internet with our product.

Now the problem is in your devices rather than your internet service provider. there is an issue with your router or modem. Restart one or both. If you still have no internet after restarting, you can try other troubleshooting steps.

OK, Thanks ! Maybe it is not linked to my web brother, nevertheless that's when I got on Edge that it has started to work properly, and then on Chrome after that, whereas I was totaly unable to achieve this goal on my own working on Chrome before that (I have spent a loooooooot of time on this issue, trust me !).
Now it works perfectly with my computer plugged on ethernet and my new Wi-Fi Epson printer, which was the purpose of buying this item. I hope this will last until the end of times !
Have a good day !
