Extender seems dead, because there is no light and no any kind of network shows
Hi, please try different wall sockets to plug the extender, also try to reset the extender by holding reset button for at least 10s to see if there is any response.
If still no any light or response, I am afraid the extender is defective, please contact the retailer where you bought it to check warranty.
