Model: Archer AX20
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.0

Hi,

I continue to have the same problem with repeated disconnections (randomly).  I've tried an AX23 router with firmware updated, and also an AX20 router with NO firmware updated, but exact same issue happens.   Below is the system log and in this example, 30-60 second internet disconnections happened at approx 8:54am and 9:24 am.

I work from home, so dropping phone and video calls is not a good thing.

My computer is hard-wired into the router, the Wifi signals are actually turned OFF on the router, and I've enabled QoS for my VOIP phone and desktop computers.  Otherwise I haven't made any other adjustments.  I also checked and remote management is NOT enabled.

I also contacted my ISP and they state that there were no disruptions to service.

Any ideas?  I'm boggled that this has happened to two separate routers.

Thanks.

Hi, since two different routers have the same issue, it is highly recommended to connect the same computer to your modem directly without the router to monitor if there is any similar issue. The ISP confirmed that there are no disruptions to service, which means the part from the ISP to the modem should be fine, but they are unable to test the part from modem LAN to computer/router.
