Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.3.4

Hi,

Google play store apps normally stops downloading, sometimes at 99%, when trying to install or update, then they fail to install.

Chromecast can not update.

 

I tried the solution:

Still, I can not download from google play.

I have not tried to download on the chromecast.

Are there any solutions out there?

Hi, does the issue happen on all the client devices? and who is your ISP?

Please go to Advanced->Network->DHCP Server, configure Primary DNS as 8.8.8.8, Secondary DNS as 8.8.4.4, then save it and test if it helps.

 

If the problem still exists, please try to connect the same device to another network to see if there is any similar issue. If you have any old wireless router, please also try to replace the current router with your old router for comparison.
