router refuses to save settings

Model: Archer AX20

Hardware Version: V3

Firmware Version: 1.1.4 Build 20230219 rel.69802(4555)

I am trying to change the ddns provider from no-ip to tplink and everytime I change it the router changes it back into no-ip,

Follow this guide to register TP-Link DDNS on your router.
